- A decision document without an icon means that a decision has just been made and could be called in. This must be done within three days.
| - A green icon by the decision document means that the decision was not called in and can be implemented.
| - A red icon by the decision document means that the decision has been called in, and can not be implemented until the call in has been determined.
| - A green icon with the words "Decision record - called in" means that the decision was called in but the call in was not agreed.
| - Another decision record underneath a decision record with a red icon shows that the decision has been called in and the call in has been agreed.
